The Medicube AGE-R Booster-Pro is a skincare device designed to enhance skin health through advanced technologies, including microcurrents and electroporation. To ensure safe and effective use, please review the following safety guidelines and contraindications carefully:
General Use Guidelines:
- The device is suitable for all skin types; however, those with sensitive skin should start with the gentlest settings and limit usage to 3-4 times per week.
- Avoid using the device in combination with harsh active ingredients such as retinol, AHA/BHA acids, or high concentrations of Vitamin C, as the electroporation feature increases absorption and may lead to irritation.
- It is recommended to conduct a patch test before using the device on the entire face, especially if you have reactive or sensitive skin.
Contraindications:
We advise against using the AGE-R Booster-Pro if you have any of the following conditions:
- Rosacea
- Psoriasis (on the face)
- Active cystic acne
- Erythema
- Severe skin sensitivity
Nerve-related conditions (including those with pacemakers or other implanted medical devices)
Mode-Specific Contraindications:
The device features two key modes—Microcurrent Mode and Derma Shot Mode. Please consider the following when selecting a mode:
- Microcurrent Mode (Green Light & Low-Voltage Electricity): Not recommended for individuals with:
- Severe skin sensitivity
- Rosacea or erythema (as electrical stimulation may exacerbate redness)
- Nerve conditions or implanted medical devices, such as pacemakers
- Derma Shot Mode (Mid-Frequency Energy Currents): Use caution if you have:
- Active cystic acne or facial psoriasis (the deeper energy currents may worsen inflammation)
- Extreme skin sensitivity (may cause discomfort or irritation)
- Nerve-related conditions
Precautions:
- Pregnant individuals or those with underlying medical conditions should consult with a healthcare provider before using this device.
- If you experience any irritation, redness, or discomfort during use, discontinue use immediately and consult with a dermatologist.
- Do not use the device on damaged, broken, or irritated skin.
You can use the device more effectively if you are using the device along with the products as shown below depending on your concern.

I ordered the Medicube's Finest Set but it seems to be sold out so I'm writing a review here.
It's definitely a very pricey product that's why I was very hesitant with this purchase but the bundles come at such an amazing value (saves so much money) that I made the big step. And I'm not disappointed at all! The AGE-R booster is super easy to use, the app helps with tracking your treatments and offers some guidance in the beginning with some recommended routines etc. My skin has such a plump glow now because with the AGE-R Booster I actually take the time to properly massage everything in and it feels like my products are absorbed better.
Listen, I don't know if this is life-changing and actually doing all the things it promises. But here are the things that I enjoy and that would make me repurchase this product: 1. It creates a moment of mindfulness in my skin routine. 2. Massaging the face muscles is super relaxing, especially before bed. 3. My skin has such a nice glow after using this and looks nice and dewy every day (not oily though, just like glass skin).
There were some delivery issues due to some import delays but I got a Vita Glow Set as a little gift to shorten the waiting time - thanks again for that, it was a lovely gesture and actually love the products!
So overall, this was a 10/10 experience and if you feel like treating yourself to some everyday luxury I would really recommend this.
