The Medicube AGE-R Booster-Pro is a skincare device designed to enhance skin health through advanced technologies, including microcurrents and electroporation. To ensure safe and effective use, please review the following safety guidelines and contraindications carefully:
- The device is suitable for all skin types; however, those with sensitive skin should start with the gentlest settings and limit usage to 3-4 times per week.
- Avoid using the device in combination with harsh active ingredients such as retinol, AHA/BHA acids, or high concentrations of Vitamin C, as the electroporation feature increases absorption and may lead to irritation.
- It is recommended to conduct a patch test before using the device on the entire face, especially if you have reactive or sensitive skin.
We advise against using the AGE-R Booster-Pro if you have any of the following conditions:
- Rosacea
- Psoriasis (on the face)
- Active cystic acne
- Erythema
- Severe skin sensitivity
Nerve-related conditions (including those with pacemakers or other implanted medical devices)
The device features two key modes—Microcurrent Mode and Derma Shot Mode. Please consider the following when selecting a mode:
- Microcurrent Mode (Green Light & Low-Voltage Electricity): Not recommended for individuals with:
- Severe skin sensitivity
- Rosacea or erythema (as electrical stimulation may exacerbate redness)
