Payment and Shipping

The following terms and conditions apply:

Shipping Conditions

We offer both domestic and international shipping.

Shipping Costs (incl. VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:
FREE SHIPPING on orders over €39

International deliveries:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective product listing, delivery times are generally:

Germany: 1–3 business days
International: 3–5 business days

(for advance payment, delivery times apply after receipt of payment).

Orders placed before 11:00 AM are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 11:00 AM are shipped the next business day.
We do not ship on Saturdays.
Orders placed after Friday afternoon are shipped on Monday.

Please note that shipping carriers do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays. These delivery timeframes apply when payment is made immediately.

If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time.

When paying by credit card, your card will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.

Payment via Klarna Checkout

In cooperation with Klarna, we offer the following payment options. Payment is always made directly to Klarna:

Klarna Invoice: Payable within 14 days from the invoice date. The invoice is issued when the goods are shipped and sent via email. You can find the invoice terms here.
Klarna Installments: With Klarna’s financing service, you can pay for your purchase in flexible monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (minimum €6.95). Further information, including the terms and conditions and European Standard Consumer Credit Information, can be found here.
