Right of Withdrawal

At Seoul Onni, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note our refund policy carefully, especially with regard to opened or used products and specific exclusions.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), takes possession of the goods.

It is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back.

Please return the goods to us without delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

• Opened or used products: For reasons of health protection and hygiene, products that have been opened or used after delivery cannot be returned.

• Medicube skincare devices: We do not accept returns of opened or used Medicube devices in order to ensure the integrity and safety of these highly sensitive skincare devices.

• Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling beyond what is necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
